Adventure Summer Do you also have the feeling that summer is about to begin? I'm a real summer person and I can't live without the sun. I would prefer it if in Holland the sun was shining more than it is, and I'm too busy to go on holiday every time. I even have to work when most other people go on holiday. I like that but..... It was a nice day, not long ago, and I decided to go to the beach for a swim and enjoy the sun. I live near the beach so I can go there every free minute I have. So I went to the beach with my towel and some other things. I was lying there for 15 minutes when a lady came to me and asked if I could watch her son for a little while, because she had to pick up her husband. I love children so I say: "Yeah of course". After 5 minutes playing with the kid and his ball, two boys layed down beside me and asked me: Is that your son? "No, I'm just watching him for a little while" I said. We talked a little and played with the ball some more. The mother came back, with ice-cream (I really love ice-cream) and her husband and thanked me. We talked with each other for a little while. Why am I telling you this? I enjoy the simple things in life, try to appreciate them. Just one day in my life.
